2. Estimates and Quotes
- All estimates are free unless otherwise stated and are valid for 30 days.
- Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
- Additional work or unforeseen conditions may result in revised pricing.
3. Payments and Billing
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, checks, and approved electronic payment methods.
- Invoices not paid within 15 days may be subject to late fees.
- Emergency services may require payment at the time of service.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Same-day cancellations may result in a service or trip charge.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to safety concerns, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Satisfaction Commitment
We take pride in our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make reasonable efforts to address the concern.
6. Warranties and Limitations
- Labor warranties apply only to workmanship and do not cover misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to fixtures, parts, or equipment installed.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing plumbing conditions, corrosion, code violations, or hidden defects.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide safe and clear access to the work area.
- Known plumbing issues, shut-off locations, or previous repairs must be disclosed.
- Pets must be secured during service appointments.
8. Communications and SMS Policy
- By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related messages such as confirmations, reminders, and review requests.
- Promotional messages are sent only if you opt in.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- Your contact information is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
9. Liability and Damages
Stowell Plumbing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
